This is where the socks were two weeks ago. Since then, I’ve gotten to the stage of turning the heel and working on up the leg. I modified the number of stitches per round to account for a larger foot size and a surprisingly ‘tight’ gauge – 9.5 stitches per inch. Now I’m working on 90 stitches per sock, 180 per round doing both at once. Progress is sloooow!
All that as a respite from moving a mountain of boxes and spilling paint on a laminate floor – aaargh!
